Annetta Cox RN, MSN, VA-BC, CCST, CLT is a Registered Nurse, Cosmetic Surgery Therapist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist, and founder of CenterPeace Wellness. She is a native to the Carolinas and holds a Master of Science in Nursing Degree from Cabarrus College of Health Sciences, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winston Salem State University, and an Associate Nursing Degree from Central Piedmont Community College.

 

To maintain the highest standards of care, Annetta has also received a Vascular Access Board Certification from the Vascular Access Certification Corporation, along with specialized training and certifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), Cosmetic Surgery Therapy and Lymphedema Therapy through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy.

 

Annetta has also earned a Transformative Nurse Coach Certificate from the Nurse Coach Collective Program, designed to empower nurses in advancing holistic, innovative, and transformative care practices. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, North Carolina Nurses Association, and International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses.

 

As a leader in the healthcare industry, Annetta has managed in both large and multi-site facilities and understands the impact that patient education has on bringing about optimal outcomes and improving overall health.

 

Annetta’s professional nursing experience, advanced training, and knowledge in trauma- emergency care, medical-surgical, vascular, obstetrics, oncologic, transplant, psychiatric, ambulatory, and cosmetic-surgical post-operative care has influenced her passion and commitment to create an elevated patient experience and provide care that is comprehensive, restorative and focuses on total well-being.
